
Proactively resolve Client issues and disputes, referring to and including the Business Development Team for Client Relations assistance when appropriate.Document and maintain compliance with PPJ contractual obligations to all Clients.Book hotels, airlines, crew meals for crewmembers on the road.Assist in crew scheduling and crew resource utilization with the Chief Pilot and Director of Operations.
Plans out fueling needs for all trips and communicates to Pilots.
Coordinate aircraft towing and fueling when and where necessary.
Actively Flight Follow monitoring all aircraft movements both in the air and on the ground. Forecast and communicate any operational issues that may affect the successful completion of a flight to our clients and appropriate departments. Notify and brief all crewmembers associated with scheduled trips as well as maintain communications with crew and assist in all crew associated travel plans. Maintain a culture of total customer service focused on anticipating our clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations. This position encompasses aspects of Fuel negotiation and agreements, Charter Scheduling, Owner Services, and Aviation Dispatch, and offers PPJ Clients a team-centered approach to meeting their aviation needs. Client centered customer service, in-depth flight operations knowledge, and an understanding of CFR 14 parts 91 and 135 are essential to success as a team member. The Flight Coordinator position is responsible for all coordination and arrangements of Premier Private Jet charter flights.
